Tasks and Responsibilities -Perform all phases of the product life cycle including requirements analysis, design, development, test, maintenance and customer support -Participate in the design and development of enhancements to existing products, as well as the creation of new products Personal Qualifications -Ability to effectively work with teams within the engineering function and with stakeholders from product marketing and customer service -Demonstrated basic organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and projects -Effective verbal and written communication skills to support strong team environment Academic Requirements -Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent Technical Knowledge -Solid background in circuit design principles -Experience in electronic component specification and sourcing -Experience with CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout -Efficient prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting skills -Proficient with test equipment including, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, network/spectrum analyzers, emulators and in-circuit debuggers Professional Experience -Basic to functional knowledge of real-time video/audio concepts and techniques preferred -The Ideal candidate may also have: -Verilog based synchronous machine design and simulation -Programmable logic including CPLDs and FPGAs -Analog circuit design -High speed and RF circuit design -Real-time embedded micro-controller based systems Interested parties please send resumes to : resumesMirandaGVD@miranda.com | |
